The Salvation Army Family Thrift Stores & Donations are the primary funding source for our Adult Rehab Centers in your communities seeking to help combat addictions. We need support from our communities to continue to meet the daily needs of hundreds of women and men struggling with substance abuse and homelessness. Your donations and purchases will give hope, help and a second chance at life to those who need our help the most.

THEY CHANGE PRICES OF THINGS IN THE STORE WHEN THE ITEM is COMING UP FOR THE 75% OFF DAY!!!! I had kept my eye on a purse and several other items for several weeks I knew when it was time!!! and damn it I went in for them and they had BRAND NEW TAGs ON them~ YA KNOW THAT SUCKS!! i spend at least $100-200 every week ( but have started looking for a new store to buy from :( I will be there in tomorrow morning (monday) if any of the items that I have been watching has a new tag I will be walking out without anything ... S A sure took advantage of us thrift store shoppers and raised prices when AmVets closed. I know that is business but for those that need to shop there for our families IT HURTS.

To: RESPONSE TO Christian Orga...

To: RESPONSE TO Christian Organization. I find your words to be insulting, rude and overall unchristian like! Do you think Salvation Army could afford security or loss prevention? The employees whom work there are doing their best to accommodate A customer's needs. I suggest you use your logic when you talk down to such an organization. Salvation Army helps especially when we all are in such a dire economic hardship. You call yourself Christian!! Oh my, what a hypocrite!!
