The aviation experience may be great if you are in the 'pilot's seat' however, if you are one of the residential communities where they train students, it is not only annoying, it is a constant noise abatement issue which decreases your property value. After multiple calls to this business, they have shown no regards for residents that have voiced their concerns.

I totally agree with this review, nothing for free and even usual stuffs like fuel strainer or check list have to be bought ! They made me pay as a part 141 foreign student pilot, 500$ for a sevis form that is free and take 15 minutes to obtain on line...money money

Ive dealt with many flight schools and FBOs over the last 30 years, and Cirrus Aviation is one of the finest. Clean and well maintained planes, great instructors, and the owners and staff are friendly and have a can do attitude.

If you don't mind renting airplanes that have been crashed and re-built, this is the place. No Checklist (you must provide), No fuel sample (you provide), no headset (you provide), and up-front fees. Teaching Staff with virtually no experience, and questionable availability. I think I will just Drive and enjoy Florida with the rest.
