Purchased some very nice home office furniture and 6 bar stools. All special orders. The staff was extremely helpful and made it a pleasant and productive visit. The prices seemed fair and the quality was excellent. The pieces were delivered in a few weeks and we were satisfied with the entire process. We worked with a designer named Thomas Jackson. I visited this location for the first time on March 1, 2009. The parking lot was full of cars, but after entering the store I realized all the commotion was due to patrons at Outback Steak House next door.



I was greeted by a nice gentleman with whom I had a pleasant and informative conversation as he showed me some nice pieces of furniture about the store. Unfortunately he was not an employee but a customer himself. Later on, one lady employee was also nice and helpful, but the other help seemed haughty and uninterested in speaking to me. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did see some nice pieces of contemporary Scandinavian furniture. The marked sale prices seemed reasonable as the merchandise does differ and exceeds from the norm.



I am new to Sarasota and will continue to search elsewhere for two specific Danish pieces. I might keep this business in mind. I loved the merchandise in general but their customer service could use some improvement.
