Had a great visit with the doctor to fix a trauma I had to my foot, but...Brought my own X-Ray from ERoom, would not accept - stated as Protocol, order a whole new set of XRays then could not find the object on the XRay they just took. I had to point it out and tell them where to look. Sent me in for further MRI, never followed up. Insisted specific MRI due to professionalism of the Radiologist there. I never received feedback. I received a Band Aid, no follow up and luckily the object was rejected from my foot after 2 weeks.

I would be concerned about the detail at which they approach your specific need and ask a lot of questions. I like Dr Cottom but the lack of follow up and reliance on a poor third party for billing would make me avoid that office in the future.

Called office because they never sent a bill. I have copied of the endless paperwork they made me fill out and they filled in the address wrong when transcribing from my paperwork to their system I assume.

They outsourced their billing to Practice works MD and they have low quality of response when I called them to see if I could get some billing details so I knew if there were any charges.
