We rented offices from John Mercurio , who repeatedly told us we could not place a sign for our business on the street because it was allegedly against the law; when, to the contrary, John's new tenants have a large sign on the street exactly where he told us we could not put our sign, costing us significant loss of traffic and tax-deductible donations for TWO YEARS.

We also discovered that John had major remodeling done to the office building without any permits at first until the City of Sarasota shut down the remodeling for weeks. We are totally disheartened by John's conduct.
