Very unprofessional visit...this doctor (Fertelmes)was not kind to our sweet pup. Esp when admin nasal vaccine. He repeatedly yelled at our pup "stop it!" and then said "you are being so bad!" he had no compassion. I reported him to staff ( front desk) who was not very good with us either, not at all attentive to our dog) and will talk to him personally tomorrow and report him to our regular vet. This was traumatic for Gizmo.
