Lets start with the only high point the Vacume worked great .Then it went all downhill. The thick dirt in the floor of the wash bay turned to mud when I started to wash that later transfered to my clean floor mats .The high pressure hose leaked so badly that I was wet from the knees down even my sockes were wet. The foam brush hose leaked so bad nothing would come out the brush . Go back? not if it was free!

Option key pad or wash itself was broken, but we got charged anyway.

We tried the self service wash. Kept pressing option 7 for wheel brush and nothing happened. Clicked on 1

and we got a slow drip which ended in a couple of seconds. Kept pressing other options and it just didn't

work so we moved to another terminal and that worked fine, however during check out (we paid with a CC) it

totaled $11.00. We were charged for the first attempt that didn't work and it was itemized as "Pet Wash Station" for $5.00. I've been trying to call to speak to someone over and over again and I can't get through. The number that they provide on the door of the facility is a fax number. The other number that is provided on their website, is ringing through with no answer. This place is a rip off.
