I have used Teleride for several years now and cannot say much of anything GOOD ABOUT THEM. The drivers are friendly, but the busses are always at least 15 minutes late. They claim that you can make reservations 7 days a week from 8-4, but the office was closed at 1:30 this past Saturday. The fleet of buses needs to be upgraded, some are very old and broken. Most of the busses radio's do not work. Veolia needs to invest some money in this service. These drivers get paid less than those people the clean the CAT busses. Not a good idea. Drivers & clients are not happy with daily service.
