The staff is horrible, and the apartment I rented had mold and brown recluse spiders. In January, my heat turned off. They never sent anyone to fix it, and eventually i was able to get it to kick back on a week later by myself. The month that I moved out, before my lease was over, the staff broke into my apartment before I was completely moved out and stole all of my tools, including a $300 indoor/outdoor vacuum. It took them months to locate just the vacuum, and I never got the rest of my tools (totaling $200) back. I did not receive my security back for a half a year, and I was only because I called screaming everyday. They were rude, and demeaning. Only after threatening legal action did I get the security and the vacuum back. I would NOT suggest living here.

The staff, neighbors, and quality of appliances are so bad that I am sacrificing a month's rent to move out early. Our a/c broke and wasn't fixed by a good-for-nothing maintenance staff, and each of our cars has been hit in the parking lot. The water heater has just gone out and we cannot take living here anymore. Our bicycles on the screened in porch have been stolen, and the staff knows the problems. They just don't have the sense or decency to fix them. I would not advise living here if you own anything you value or care to live comfortably. Look somewhere else!!!
