All I can say is that this company was there at the time when I really needed them, thanks to enterprise I was able to enjoy my grandmother 95 birthday celebration and also was able to transport all my grand kids and great grandbaby together. I always wanted a Jeep and thanks to enterprise I had the chance to have 2015 Jeep compass very nice car I hated to have to swap the jeep out but Enterprise gave me another car that I always wanted to drive and that was a town and country, the put me in a 2016 Chrysler. I will always use this company and I recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a reliable vehicle. Thanks Enterprise

Be careful with these guys, I rented a car for three days, they offered insurance for $15/day and ended up being charged $72 total. Also wait time to get the car was bothering and the extra $50 fee to drop it at the airport didn't sit very well (though at least they mentioned it at pick up time)

I rented from them on two separate days. The first time, it took me 35 minutes to get the car, even though there was only one person ahead of me. When I asked why the delay, they said "there are only two of us today". The second time (two days later), they were again only 2. But this time I had the car in about 10 minutes, which is fine. But the car was quite dirty - they seem to have just sprayed the outside with water, and so I had to stop at a gas station and get towels to clean off the side view mirrors so that I could see. The interior was also dirty - goop from drinks around the console, and the windshield was so dirty inside that when the sun shown I could hardly see - a safety issue. I used them, twice, because they were just a 5 minute walk from my hotel, and because I usually find Enterprise a great company. Not this one.

Awesome experience. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Lilly, in particular, took great care to make sure everything went flawless and without a hitch.
