Company made an unauthorized charge to my check card. I received the unauthorized item. Even though I did not request service I am held responsible for the cost of item and delivery until company receives their item back. I am a little disappointed that I was not allowed a automatic refund due to the circumstances. Company would not trust the return of item until it was received yet they demand trust from me that they will refund as soon as they receive the item. I would understand if this was a return of a item I personally purchased but that is not the case here. . Bad business manners. I will not be using their service again.
