I lived in this area for years and this was one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I have gone her many times. The food is great, wait staff was polite. They have great food here, the crab legs are great, the shrimp cocktail it yummy. The wait can be a little long if you don't call ahead, especially on the weekends. The view is great if you go around sunset, it is right near the water.

This is quite the gem of Savannah. It's nestled under a highway nearly, buts its worth finding. Google maps should steer you in the right direction. I had the frog legs as an appetizer (tastes like chicken) and the alligator with grits for the main entree. The meal was incredible, definitely worth a follow-up visit.

It was our first time at Love's, we enjoyed the generous helpings and there was plenty for two people. I am a truck driver from Canada and I will certainlu come again when I am in the area.
