Provided by YPmobileThe buildings are old. Maintenance is incompetent. On 4 different occasions, I've had MAJOR issues with property damage and I'm told to file it with my insurance company. I'm tired of paying copays for recurrent issues. I'm only 3 months into my lease! Who knows what else may happen!
