The staff is great and the new manager is amazing! They work very hard to keep everything maintained and please their residents! I love The Blake!

The Blake has a beautiful location in down town Savannah, GA! Being a SCAD student it is nice to live so close to the river as well as the SCAD buildings. Also the staff is so nice and helps me with anything I need. I would recommend the Blake for anyone wanting to live in an apartment in the area.

Love it here! In unit washer/dryer and a private bathroom for each roommate in the apartment, it doesn't get any better.

I love living here. I have my own private bathroom so I don't have to share with my roommates. Plus the apartment is fully furnished and they have pillow top mattresses. The amenities are also great with a 24 hour gym and a grilling deck.
