CBS helped us come up with a reorganization plan after we acquired two new locations. I knew we needed outside helps since adding two new locations meant a lot of new moving parts to come to terms with. They were able to help us onboard the new locations to our internal platforms as well as implementing a new reporting system they would better work across all locations. It was a costly process but one that was needed and one that we are glad to have completed. We probably will have them back in the future to work on some other projects.

Our experience with CBS has need nothing short of positive. The last few weeks has shown us that over the last few years we have been running incredibly inefficiently. While our revenue has been steadily increasing our margins and in the end profits have been flat. We are basically treading water and because of our inability to properly track in realtime we never noticed. Lawrence was able to help us implement real time tracking and inventory management. This was an expensive and laborious undertaking but one I am thankful we did. Without the help from Lawrence and CBS I do not think we would have been able to accomplish it.

Our record keeping was also a mess which made everything more difficult than it needed to be. No matter we were able to implement almost all of the recommended changes and our operations are running smoother than ever. Most importantly he has shown me how to keep everyone accountable while also creating a collaborative working environment. I can honestly say I would never have been able to make the changes myself nor would they have been as effective.

It was great working with CBS these past few weeks. Specifically, I wanted to thanks James for all his help and expertise. I felt like he had a vested interest in my success and his buy-in really resonated with my staff. We have brought in outside people in the past and most times it just felt like they were going through the motions. That was not the case during our engagement with James and the rest of CBS. The amount of time James spent walking our staff through the recommended changes really made a difference in our initial rollout. To say he helped us revamp our internal policies would be a joke because we really never had any. What he did was help us implement standards and policies for the first time in our history and the changes are like night and day. While we are still as growth focused as ever, I can finally take a breath and not worry about the week-to-week swings. For the first time ever, I feel like we have a stable roadmap for the future and that is solely thanks to James and his team.
