dave answered all of our questions which were considerable. He was honest and upfront on what it would take to solve most of our issues. We decided to take the plunge and agree to an engagement to fix all of our services.

We recently hired cbs for a business analysis/review. They went above and beyond to get us the info we needed to make much needed changes. We would not have been able to make the staff changes needed without their input. It was more than worth the time and money we spent.

I brought them in or a business analysis which only took a couple of weeks. So far I am impressed at the results and we have a lot of work to do with the info they provided.

Everyone at cbs has been both knowledgable and experienced in our field. I didn't have to waste any time(money) explaining the minute details of our business since they have had other clients in our industry. This was both a time saver and what I ultimately think led to our success. I hope we can utilize them in the future.

I just wanted to write about our companies experience with cbs over the last few months. James has been great over that time and has worked closely with our management team to help us implement some new processes that should hopefully curb our rising labor costs. Only time will tell but for the first time in a long time I am hopeful.

One of the better experience I have had with a consulting company. They were upfront and honest with pricing and they stuck to the scope of work we had agreed to in our contract.

Grateful is the only way I can think to describe our experience with Jason and everyone at Corporate Business Solutions. They worked together with us over the last two months to make some difficult but necessary changes. The first part of the engagement was the most difficult because they brought some serious structural issues to light that even we had missed. We have since implemented a number of new processes and reporting to ensure we never find ourselves in the same situation. Working with us on all the new processes and tools has made the most difference since we did not feel like we were in this alone. I am as confident as ever in our continues success and its all thanks to them.

At the last company I worked at we used CBS to much success. After leaving that company I started my own business and soon found myself in over my head. While I had experience with sales and many other aspects of my business I had never really managed the financial side of a business before. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with Thomas from CBS and he was able to come in and help me set up all the systems I had been lacking. Without his help I can 100% say we would not be open today. I just wanted to thank him again.

We hired cbs and worked with a gentleman named Stan. He was able to develop a comprehensive business plan for our company. He was able to help our sales department be more accountable to our overall company goals. Everything do we know is data driven and we are no longer flying blind. This has allowed us to greatly reduce our overhead. I just wanted to thank them for helping us and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our company hired this company to help us craft a succession plan for one of our founders. They helped us balance the needs of the company vs allowing on or our original founders to exit for retirement. I am not sure we would have been able to come up with the solution we did without their help.

We have had horrible luck with consulting firms in the past. One of our new sales reps recommended corporate business solutions. Even after our prior experiences I decided to give them a chance as we needed the help. We explained that we were having issues transitioning away from our current CRM to a new one that would better integrate into our accounting system. I told them I wanted a clear action plan with a set cost for the project. So far we are about halfway through the project and we could not be happier. I will update if we run into any issues or if they do not follow through on the pricing.

Their consultants are extremely professional. I’m was very impressed with them and their ability to provide results within the window they provided in our agreed scope of work. I would have no issue recommending them. I was satisfied with the results and their ability to craft a personalized business plan for our company.

As a repeat customer, I can’t express how diligent and focused the team at CBS is. I continue to use their services whether or not we are in crisis mode. They take good care of all their customers.

One of the better consulting teams I’ve ever worked with. We were struggling and they were able to come in and help us figure out a solution without wasting a ton of time and money. It really opened my eyes to how some people were under performing and we had no real way to monitor the situation on a week to week basis. With their help we were also able to install real time reporting which will hopefully solve the issue once and for all.
