We picked up our 2 dogs a day early and thank goodness we did! Apparently one of them had an "accident" overnight and the girl came out holding their pet bed we brought from home smeared in poo and tried to hand it to us. I asked her for a bag and she did put it into a trash bag. As we found out when we got home they hadn't even bothered to shake it outside as there were still full pieces of poo in it. They forgot to give us back half of our dog's supplies which we will have to return to retrieve including their food we provided. Didn't even realize it until we return home because we were so frazzled when we were there. Both dogs came home smelling like farm animals and had to go directly into the tub. The car will also need some extensive cleaning. Some way to come home from vacation! $68 not well spent! UGH! Needless to say, we will be making other accommodations elsewhere for our next trip.

Recently went there for special dog food. The staff is fantastic and very knowlegable. They will go out of their way to help you and have done two special orders for our dogs. I will continue to shop there as long as they are around!

This store is the best pet store in the area in terms of individualized service and knowledge. I have had to purchase a few things recently for pets that have gone through some traumatic events. The personnel here have taken the time to explain some great options and discuss the pros/cons of various products. I will do all my pet shopping here in the future! Thank you for caring!
