Provided by YP.comLandlord Bill Eichengrun is a nice guy by appearances only. He won't hesitate to cheat you out of your security deposit. He'll conveniently "forget" to return your security deposit when the lease is up and block your calls. It's literally impossible to track the guy down since he only shows up at the building to collect rent checks and to give tours. This has happened to several tenants.
