Bad attitudes. Terrible customer service. I saw that the last review was 2010, so I could see an update was needed. Nothing has changed. Staff are not interested in the needs of customers. They are rude and disrespectful. With 2 customers in the store and 5 employees, this "girl" could not be bothered to show me a phone because I wanted to exchange mine, not buy a new one. Also outrightly refused to show how to move Apps from prior phone. $1600 in new phones and $250 a month and she's refuses assistance. No one says a thing.

This was the first time I went to the Verizon Wireless store in Mohawk Commons. My experience going to other Verizon stores have all been positive - workers were friendly and professional, would help me with whatever I needed.



At this store, the Verizon worker behind the desk gave me no greeting, and no eye contact whatsoever. He kept calling me "you" and not ma'am. When I gave him an id card, he said it did not have sufficient information. I gave him another one, and he laughed and told me that card would not work either.



I was annoyed that my trip out to the store was a waste of time, and I left without a "have a nice day," "thank you," or any kind of appropriate acknowledgement. I hope that this worker's service is not the full representation of how this establishment deals with customers.
