I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S6 from this store. When I charged and used the phone, I noticed that it heats up. After three days of purchase I called the store to exchange the phone and I was told that I will have to pay a restocking fee of $37 and I will not get the same color as I have now -- this is store policy. I recommend you to go to AT&T corporate store instead. LESSON LEARNED: These authorized agents have their own policies which they never share with you. If I had bought it from AT&T corporate office, they would have exchanged it for free.
