Staff is always happy to hear from me. They do not rush me through the process; whether the interaction is in person or telephonic. Staff makes me feel that they have been waiting to hear from me and go above and beyond the call of duty. They are courteous, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been a patient of this office since 1991 while pregnant with my daughter. I have never received less than exceptional service. On this occasion, I had called to refill a prescription Dr. Hansen had ordered for me. Staff never acts like I am an imposition. They genuinely care about my family and me! I feel like family.

A visit to see Dr. Hansen and his staff is always well worth it. They are so friendly and Dr. Hansen listens so that he can figure out the root of whatever my problem may be that day.

I found myself blaming "getting older" for all the small aches and pains, brain fog and feeling tired most of the time. I saw Dr. Hansen on "Your Life A to Z" talking about how important your hormone levels are to staying healthy. More than three years ago I made an appointment at the Hansen Clinic and so glad I did. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and like they have known you forever. Dr. Hansen takes the time to talk to you and helped me understand the results of my testing and explained his recommendations. It's amazing how great you feel when your hormones are in balance. I give the Hansen Clinic a triple A+ rating.

I wanted to let you know that Dr. Hansen has made a new “ME” over the past four months. I saw a few of Dr. Hansen’s interviews on Channel 3 and wrote down his name and phone number. It still took me a few months to make an appointment. All the blood tests were taken and the results quickly told me what I already thought. I was not at my best, by any means. Since then, with several supplements, I am sleeping through the night for the first time in 27 years! It doesn’t end there, my 8 years of hot flashes are gone, my libido is up, and I have enough excess energy to focus on exercise and losing weight. As of this note, I have lost 27 pounds and my goal is another 15. Keep in mind, I work an average of 60-70 hours a week teaching high school math and I’m still finding energy…this is a miracle!
