Provided by YP.comI went to NSFM for a prescription refill after just 6 months, my previous dr for 15 years refilled for a year. They Charged me $150 for NO service and I left without refill. I asked for a refund of my charges and they refused. So they ripped me off for &$150!
NSFM IS A "CHURN TO EARN" practice with very poor service, rude employees and more concerned about profits than patient experience. I wish I would have read Yelp reviews on NSFM before I went there, the reviews are terrible and now I know why.
