Wayne P. Marsh has been practicing law since 1974. He has offices in Sun City and Scottsdale, and serves clients throughout Arizona. Known for his compassion, Mr. Marsh offers both home and hospital visits to meet the needs of his clients. The emphasis of Mr. Marsh’s practice is in Wills, Trusts, Trust Administration, Probate, and Estate Planning, as well as Bankruptcy. He has over 25 years of experience representing clients and their families in their time of need. Wayne P. Marsh has earned a reputation based on integrity, professionalism, and skilled representation. He has a strong background of service to his country, and to his community. Mr. Marsh was a JAG officer in the Marine Corps serving both on active duty and in the Reserves. He retired from the Reserves as a Lt. Colonel. Mr. Marsh was a Bankruptcy Trustee for Phoenix and was the presiding Judge for the City of Surprise. He served on the Governor’s Council on Advice of the Aging, Trust and Financial Task Force. He is a past president of both the Sun City Host Lions Club and of the Phoenix Council of the Navy League.
