Bad service and poor product. My company was really excited to help out a smaller wholesaler but it blew up in our face. The shipments got later and later and they lost our information. Our Customer service rep never answered our phone calls and when they did it was like they didn't know anything so we'd go over the same stuff every phone call. We used up alot of man hours and money going back and forth just trying to get our product out of them. Then product is now well done and the colors are never the same. They art department is none existent so if you don't have a company designer or marketing firm on your side they will screw you even more. Do your company a favor and use a larger more reliable company.
