I drove round trip 2600 miles to take care of a power of attorney issue with my elderly mother in a Pennsylvania nursing home. Attorney stood me up not once but twice for 2 scheduled appointments in 4 days. Left me scrambling to find another attorney on such short notice no one could do it. My mother had been dropped off and abandoned by one of my siblings over a year ago at a PA nursing home. I had been fighting with them to get my mother transferred to a nursing home near me but they refused to give any info or send my mother's medical records. I was so heartbroken that I had to tell my mother that she would not be going back with me. I drove home with a heavy heart, l will find another way and another attorney, but my advice to all avoid this man at all costs. The first time was irresponsible not to even call to let me know what happened. The second time was without a doubt on purpose.
