The Seaside County Public Works Department is operated by the government of the City of Seaside, Calif. The division is responsible for the design and construction of the city s infrastructures, including streets, water system, sewer system, storm-drain system, park facilities, city buildings and transportation/traffic systems. Divided into engineering and maintenance divisions, the department also maintains and upgrades all public facilities and public rights-of-way. Additionally, the department administers and implements the capital-improvement program, storm water and sanitary sewer master plans.
