Provided by YP.comI have used this facility in Sebastian, Fl, and have seen Dr. Jason Lockridge many times. He and his staff have treated me with respect and professionalism and have always given me first-class service. I have never had to wait more than five minutes after my appointment time, which I can't say for my other doctor appointments! The reception and appointment staff are always friendly and courteous. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Provided by YP.comThey constantly overbook on the appointments then when you show up they look at you like you have two heads or something, I have waited for over an hour and a half to see the Doctor, that I had to leave. The last straw was when i have my medicine there and I have to wait two weeks before they administer it because the doctor was away. VERY POOR PATIENT CARE< ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! NEVER WILL I GO THERE!!!

Provided by YP.comI found the '6 OLD GROUCHES' in Sebastian, they work here at Water's edge dermatology in Sebastian. Lacking customer service and manners. Too bad since the Doctors are great but the other staff needs replacement.

Provided by YP.comMy friend's doctor recently recommended Water’s Edge. I called twice, the day before and day of, to confirm my appointment and confirm charges for a no-insurance visit. $46 was the low end which both times I was told would be for a single site check up. I arrived 30 minutes early as they requested. I again confirmed $46 was the base charge for a single site check. Without qualifying the specific nature of my visit, the receptionist said she now wasn’t sure and thought possibly it would be $90. I asked if the doctor was on time. She said yes but said I was 30 minutes early; I told her I had confirmed my appointment twice. She shrugged. After one hour of waiting, I told the receptionist I was leaving. She was annoyed. I later explained my experience to my friend whose doctor had made the recommendation. My friend told me they did exactly the same thing to him, he waited 90 minutes for his appointment AND upon leaving they tried to up charge him because of his insurance plan.

Provided by YP.comCon place!!! Make a appt for one thing and once you in there they want to do everything else to you instead of what you came in for in the first place. They have PA's to back fill for real doctors and tell you you need this and that. They always make new appts as well to keep that office visit money coming in. I told them while,I was there that this is not the reason I made the appt and that they wasted my time and theirs. I left. Then they billed my insurance company and sent me a bill for my office visit. Called to complain, but they told me you came in, they have the right to bill even if it wasn't for what I came in for.......Don't ever go to waters edge...just one company that owns them and has a lot of PA's working for them but charge full price. Find one that does have a private own office or is own/ran by a hospital never waters edge!

Provided by YP.comThere are so many wonderful things I could say about Water's Edge Dermatology! I have been a patient for a long time and, even though I have moved several times over the years, there has always been a location near me that has been convenient to be seen in. I have seen Shanna Stone, ARNP, and Dr. Danica Alexander in the Sebastian location the most recently and they have taken care of all of my skin issues... everything from hives and questionable bumps to helping me rid my face of those pesky crow's feet and forehead wrinkles with the use of Botox and Dysport! The doctor and nurse practitioner really care about your needs and listen to what you have to say and the staff will bend over backwards for you if need be. I couldn't be happier!

Provided by YP.comLots of condescending remarks made with insincere smiles. Waited 45 minutes for a ten minute appointment and the secretary demanded I wait while they prepared a bill and pay it before leaving. The bill prep. took longer than the Doctor visit.
