I absolutely recommend Ladds ! He came right out and it was not an easy job , had to locate and dig up the tank to pump it and he did it all with professionalism . We had an emergency and he was our hero !! Can't be beat !!

Definitely dont recommend this company. Called them Thursday for a Friday appointment. He said I'll see ya in the morning. I called him at 9 a.m. Friday morning he said I'll be there in 2 hours at 3 o'clock in the afternoon he said I'm not gonna be able to make it today sorry. I own a bar it's the weekend and I'm trying to find a different septic tank company. This kind of unprofessionalism is rediculous.
