Horribly disgusted with their "bait and switch" practices and lies!! My mother in law purchased a twin mattress from them on Amazon last week. We received our shipment information and delivery date (within 24 hours) at which time we decided to purchase a 2nd twin mattress for the trundle bed. Upon logging in and reviewing the SAME item, we noticed there was a 48% increase in price! We opted to just wait for our 1st mattress & check the quality before making an additional purchase. Fast forward 6 days later (our expected delivery date) we receive an email advising that there was a mistake in the price and they are unable to fulfill our order and have issued us a refund! Additionally they advised that they noticed the item was "used" as they were packing it for shipping to us (which was the day our delivery was expected) and just moments before they noticed the pricing error **yeah right**

Even worse was their lack of customer service and failure to offer any substitutes, discounts or even a solution for us to still purchase this item. In fact, their exact statement was... "Our supplier gave us wrong price. The result is that unfortunately we cannot fulfill your order. So we had to fully refund your money and you can get the item from someone else." !!!! Seriously- did not even attempt to provide ANY service or product to us. We now see they have increased the price again by over $1400!

Clearly this seller can not be trusted and does not value their customers!
