All products have either been developed within the company s research and development department, or have been developed at other institutions and brought to Conklin. In 1920, Harry Conklin created the company s first product: cleaners, petroleum conditioners and lubricant additives. Conklin is headquartered in Shakopee, Minn., and distributes its products through two centers in Shakopee and Columbus, Ohio.
