Extremely disappointed. I was disappointed in the “manager of the day” and the owner. Our party of 20, arrived at 3:45 and were seated on the patio. Heaters had to be turned on due to the cold temps. Ordered drinks, appetizers and food and Sherrie did an excellent job serving many people. Food arrived at 4:45, the last of our party arrived at 5:00 pm. When they walked in Liz (the manager of the day) walks out and tells us the patio booked for 5:00 pm and she would “rush” so we could leave because the other party had arrived. Liz and two employees came back out, rearranging the tables and chairs by dragging them across the floor. At this point I told Liz I didn’t appreciate her dragging the tables and chairs. I suggested if she had to pick them up. She continued to drag hers and the guys realized how inconsiderate they were and lifted the chairs. I asked for the owners name and number. My wife hears Liz explaining her side of situations on the phone. Shortly after I was told the owner Russ was at the restaurant. I asked to speak to him and was told he was a “behind the scene guy” and I should call his son Brandon ( the manager). I found Russ and expressed my dissatisfaction with Liz’s unprofessional attitude. Ironically I was not the only one that saw Liz’s attitude unacceptable. I noticed other member of my party engaging Russ about the situation. Russ then asked us to step outside to continue the conversation. We explained our experience at his restaurant. He apologized, said he understood, assured us customers were very important but he never said Liz’s actions were unacceptable, no discounts, and he never mentioned reprimanding Liz. He assure me he would mount a sign to tell customers if they were not satisfied to call him Really? I see Russ as a “behind the scene”, out of touch owner. Brandon makes questionable decisions on who to leave in charge. Liz, was rude and unprofessional. Sherrie, great job. Food Was ok! Will I be back to Wings and Things? Hell No!

we ordered 50 wings and exchanged our two side dishes for just celery. The side dishs are two small trays with some celery in them. since the order was for our family and we paid $ 44.00 guess we expected a little more than a small serving . How much is celery going to set them back ?. Last I checked it ran about 1.00 for an entire stalk. Bummer
