Our dog had been here for full service grooming a few times. However each time we visited, the final result seemed to get progressively worse. The last time, and The Last Time, we took our dog, I picked her up and her hair was not cut to what I asked, her ears were not cleaned and we are suspect whether she was actually bathed. Unfortunately the first two times we took her in, earlier this year, everything came out nice. But three weeks ago was the last time she will be visiting Empore Pets. The employees are very nice but the services are very questionable.
