Dr. J. Garnett is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He completed a fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his residency at Fairfax Hospital. Dr. Garnett is fellowship-trained in the management of difficult voice and swallowing disorders.
