Service was great. Called at beginning of week for out of hand carpenter ant invasion. Got an appt that Friday. Technician arrived promptly. new his stuff, was courteous, friendly, and my favorite..confident he'd get the suckers. I have only seen a few ants since the dusting and spraying and let me tell you, they look bad, I mean like the living dead. Either one just suddenly is there in the room dead or laying there barely holding on to life. I'd almost pity them if I wasn't so elated to see them dying. The best part is that if we begin to see live ants again we have a 6 month guarantee and LR will come back and finish them off. I like that there was no gimmicky year long contract but they do offer spring perimeter spraying which I will do each year to keep these carpenter ants out of my home which they apparently consider just as much their home. I highly recommend LR. And just to assure you they were good, we had an invasion, these ants were, well, coming out of the woodwork everywhere, we had at least two nests in the house. To have only seen 5 dead ant bodies and no live ants in the last 36 hours is amazing. I was killing about 1 to 3 every 15 minutes all day long before. Now I can walk into a room and not wonder how many ants I'll have to kil,l or when one will run up my pant leg, or crawl on my baby!
