Blackhawk Winery & Vineyard is a family owned winery. Our winemaker, John, specializes in dry and semisweet wines made from locally sourced grapes, in addition to the grapes from our own vines. The varietals used are French American hybrids, a delightful change from the more typical California types. The winery is also home to a small working farm, so there are lots of animals for the kids to see. Saturdays and Sundays include live music (May through October). You can bring your own picnic or purchase pizza or snacks in the tasting room.
