We are sorry that you are unhappy. However, is the crack in the border a "crack" or is it an expansion joint opening? Expansion joints are put in place every 4' to keep the border from cracking and crumbling in random places throughout the border. This is not a defect in material or workmanship. If these expansion joints were not put in place and the border cracked in random places, then that would be a defect in workmanship. The only remedy for this issue would be to replace the entire stretch of border. Please let us know if you would like us to come out and take care of this problem. DO NOT Purchase from this company. The borders cracks and moves within 1-2 years of installing. Company will not replace nor repair the borders; even though their contract says full replacement within one year against defects in materials and workmanship
