I had a bad experience with Edd Hoyt and his customer service reps in his office. All I wanted to know was a general question why my rate went up on my policy and no one was able to explain it to me. With that being said Edd Hoyt mad a statement stating it don’t seem like They’re happy with me or I’m happy with them. Edd Hoyt recommended that I go find me some more insurance. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Edd Hoyt’s agency and I have filed a formal complaint with the insurance commission. That is not good customer service at all or a way of talking to someone like that.
