Really liked the service I received I saw the younger son and I’d give him 10 stars if it was available he actually care about the patient and took the time to explain exactly what is happening with my eyes and what were my options but suggested we continue with glasses for now but would monitor my condition explaining eventually surgery will be necessary whereas the place I went to last year wanted to do surgery immediately without fully explaining what exactly was my eye condition nor why surgery was needed I choose not to do the surgery choosing just to get glasses which cost me nearly $400 out of pocket with insurance paying 70% this place suppose to be cheapest in town I did get extras such as no-line, transition lenses etc which Dr Jordan also provided same exact features, he did explain medical condition had gotten worse since last prescription but not enough to warrant surgery even though I rate in-office service Dr and staff 5 out of 5 I would like to see improvement to phone service and wait time to get glasses you can never get through to office by phone doesn’t matter time or day very very hard and I hate it still takes them atleast 2 weeks to get glasses oh well you have to take bitter with sweet overall I like the Dr’s like the staff professional yet welcoming kinda like the family Dr you just feel comfortable and at ease oh yea at Dr Jordan getting all the same features out of pocket co-pay only $60 Thanks Dr. Joran and staff
