I have often had poor service, but this place takes the cake. They not only ran out of potatoes, but obviously from the amount of gravy on my fried steak, they ran out of it. When called to address the poor quality of food, the evening head staff person didn't even know the manager's last name. The rib eye steak was burnt w/no steak toast and was only able to offer a smidgen of french fries. The chicken fried steak looked like it had been tossed around, most of the batter was missing and it had maybe a teaspoon of lumpy white gravy. The kind that looked like it was scraped out of the pan. I am very disappointed in receiving 3rd rate food. People preparing food should be held accountable for the quality of product. It appears this resturant does not care. Which reflects of the employees and manager that work there. Hopefully you will read this review and spend your money elsewhere. Just disgusted.
