Provided by YPmobileApparently you need an appointment, they don't take walk ins. When you arrive, they tell you they don't have time or may not have time to bring your car in. I bought my car there 8:30am when they opened and they didn't even give me an oil change leaving my car there all day! Not worth it, I live right around the corner so it would've been convenient. The guys that work there are jerks. Don't trust your car with them.
Just like any other service business that is successful, we are usually fairly busy and get back-logged with work. The vast majority of our customers are repeat customers and know that we honor appointments first. A busy business is usually a good indicator of satisfied customers. We've been in business for 18 years and wouldn't still be if we were "jerks".
