My wife and I had a rough start when we moved to Georgia then we found The Oaks it wasnt called that at first. But we had it even worse at the start then the new owners came in and made things right they are great landlords very responsible very helpful they kept order in the chaos they they stepped into and fixed problems and still working out the kinks. They are ����. Thank you Brian and Lisa for giving my family a better run of Ga !!!!!

The manager of this park and his wife are incredibly rude I had car trouble while driving and pulled into the entrance and they refused to allow me to fix the problem which would have taken a couple seconds instead they forced me to keep driving regardless of the danger to my self and my family. I suggest no one even look at these because who wants to deal worth someone that nasty living there and managing it
