Rent from elsewhere, save yourself the trouble. Reid isn’t responsive,we couldn’t attend our move out inspection because it was scheduled at 8 am on a work day. They took complete advantage of the fact we couldn’t be there. Unfortunately they lack ethics and morality like most rental companies

TENANTS BEWARE!!! This company is awful at running things. If something in your house breaks or you have a mold issue or anything hazardous to your health, they won't deal with it promptly AND they will just cover it up. My rental home I was renting is INFESTED with black mold still to this day even after moving out. It was like that for years even when the previous tenant (whom I'm friends with) lived there.
They also will try to scam you out of your security deposit. I left my home cleaner than it was when I even moved in and they said I did not weed the front planter area. It was not weeded when I moved in. They were looking for me to give them free landscaping. Nope. Then when I told them it wasn't weeded when I moved in, they pulled out a photo from 2 YEARS BEFORE I EVEN MOVED IN THERE and tried to pass it off as if it was from when I moved in!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT RENT THROUGH REID.

So far everyone we have dealt with has been professional and kind. Very pleased to deal with them. Good job!

My PM, Misty Tally is fantastic! She is always attentive and committed to excellence between keeping myself and my homeowner happy. This past year we have had a lot of work done on my home, some planned, and some emergency. She walked me through every process and kept the work on schedule to the best of her ability. I wouldn't want any other PM!

When we had a problem with our oven, they made it a top priority, even though I'm sure there were more pressing matters. I felt they really made our problem first thing on the to do list. It wasn't a huge problem, but the communication was effective and professional. Jackie Brown was amazing.

One of the best local businesses in our community. Thank you for all that you do for me and my family. Highly recommend!

I've been using Reid for about 6 months since I moved overseas. Nothing but success so far. I shopped around and spoke to many different agents before choosing Jackie. She attained her estimate rent and found a great tenant.

I have been renting my house through Reid since 2009. Misty has always been extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend Reid to any of my friends or family.
