Provided by YP.comLast night I went through the drive-thru at Subway on Louise and 85th in Sioux Falls, SD. I ordered the 3.50 sandwich of the day, and went to the window and paid with my Subway card. I told the "artist" that I had 4.04 on my card. The artist handed me back my card but dropped my receipt on the ground and apologized. When I got home with my sandwich, I checked the Subway app and he used the points I had on my card to pay and didn't use the dollar balance. I called the manager of the store, and she doesn't know how to put the points back on. I called the customer service national number for Subway and they told me I had to go back to the store. I just want my points back and to pay for my purchase or be offered some equivalent for their mistake but nobody will help me.
