Wish I could write that I had a good experience (or any experience with this place), but was unable to see doctor or the office. When I first contacted they provided me an appointment roughly 30 days out. About 4 days before my appointment ( it happen to be Memorial Day weekend, go figure), I was told the doctor would not be in and I would need to reschedule for the following week. No big deal, right? So, one day before my 2nd appointment I received a voicemail stating the doctor was going to be leaving early on the day of my appointment and I would need to call back to reschedule. Today I call them back and when I explained to the person that answered the phone that I got the voicemail about the doctor not being in and would need to reschedule she said “ Hold on, your appt. is at 2:30 and he doesn’t leave until 3:15… Keep in mind I would have been a new patient and less than 45 mins. to talk to the doctor. I then told her that my voicemail said he was leaving at 2 (time of my appt). Long story short I know that doctors are busy like everyone else, but this is absolutely ridiculous! Even the staff seem to be scrambling making excuses. I told her that I would find another doctor to which she replied “I don’t blame you at all!”

Absolutely and completely HORRIBLE. Not the slightest bit of care or concern for the patients. They messed up the insurance. Then the first scheduled appointment resulted in a 2 1/2 hour wait. The second scheduled appointment was the same. Despite having an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance we were told "the therapist is tied up." After waiting and waiting for someone else we walked out. NOT recommended for any kind of care or service. It's apparent they could not possibly care less.
