I took in a framed, matted UGA diploma and an unframed UGA diploma. Simple request, swap the diplomas. I supplied the frame, glass and mats. Returned 5 days later, he had glued the unframed diploma onto mat stock, reframed the (already-) framed diploma, mediocre work, looks like he re-used some old foam core board. I explained politely that he got it wrong. Guy calls me a liar to my face. I even have a photograph taken a week ago to prove my case, doesn't matter, I'm wrong. Charged me $35, including $5 extra to swap the diplomas, after initially pricing the job at "twenty to thirty dollars". Too angry to argue. Let this be a warning. No accident that they've moved into the building basement, guy repels business. Other shops want and deserve your business more.
