I can not say enough wonderful things about Creature Comforts Kennels and the amazing owner and team of caregivers that look after my fur baby Dolly. They have gone above and beyond with special accommodations when I have had emergencies and needed to get her in quickly. I have taken her to many different places around the Nashville area and outskirts and this is by far my favorite. It is well worth the drive for me from Nashville to Smyrna. At other kennels my dog would at times not want to get out of the car after a stay or would not want to go inside. She is always happy to get out and doesn't even want to wait for me to check in and she is pulling to go back to the kennels with her, as I call them, "friends", meaning the staff that love her as their own. It has taken me a long time to write a review because I wanted to keep it as my own little secret, but I also want to support them as they have supported me. Thank you, CCK!!

Poor customer service experience after another dog attacked my family's pet. We were charged full price for the stay.

I enjoy this facility so much that I can't wait to visit the new one! Our dog is always very happy upon our arrival.

I'm in love with this kennel. Thanks for keeping your size pretty small and still providing SO many services that other kennels would charge you an arm and a leg for!

The staff at Creature Comfort Kennels are personable, knowledgeable, and great with your pet. They take excellent care of my pet and I have never had a problem after receiving care from them. I will certainly go back.

We needed to find a kennel to board our dog Dexter for 3 days with very short notice. I went to a couple of kennels in the area and then stopped by this place last. I was very impressed compared to the others I had been to. When I first walked in, I thought to myself "Oh boy, they are going to be expensive" because of how well maintained, clean and how well everything was organized and smelled. There was not pet odors at all. But to my surprise they were actually cheaper than the other places. We dropped Dexter off that same day and left out of town. We were able to take his bed, blankets, chew bone, toys, whatever to make him comfy away from home. His space was very roomy, not cramped. When we returned, he was happy and not stressed out at all. They provided us with a report card of his activities and mood during his stay and they washed his blankets prior to us picking him up. We I will definitely will use them over and over and recommend them to our friends with pets.
