i hired this guy he is the owner Angel Mendieta to work on 4 condos in Philadelphia, he finish 3 and now he don't want to come back to finish the last unit . He keep saying that he need money to pay his guy and I paid him in advance 17 thousand and now he ran. He don't answer his phone. I'm going to take him to court.
