I have been going to Dr. Etheridge's practice for about 15yrs and have never had a bad experience. She is a very professional and intelligent doctor, who's down to earth and is an amazing problem solver. Her staff has also been fine, I've had no issues with them.

for patients: The doctor is very nice. However, the office is small and very busy, you will be kept waiting a long time and only given 15 minutes for your visit so be ready to be rushed out.



for potential employees: the office manager willie, aka the doctors husband claims to be blunt and honest but is anything but that. If offered a position with this practice, you will be promised a certain wage and amount of hours and will get something less than promised. you will also be tested on a daily basis and if you speak your mind or have a concern regarding your position you will be let go. for example, if you are hired on the spot during your interview and offered say, 30-40 hours a week at $10/hour, you will recieve $9/hour and after a few days of working another new employee will show up, your hours will be cut in half and the two of you will have to compete for your job, then if say the other person is let go, you still wont get the full hours and wage you were promised and if you speak up and ask for the original hour/wage you were promised when hired, you will be let go.





the office only accepts cash or check for your copay or other charges, for new patients, appointments must be made weeks in advance, as with physical exams. the schedule is constantly over booked and 2-3 separate patients will be scheduled to fit in a 15 minute slot. there are only 2 exam rooms. the office manager can be very rude at times and the general atmosphere of the office is quite unpleasant.



I would not recommend this practice to patients or employees. i had to give one star because it does not allow anything lower.
