This was the 3rd time we’ve used Tristate Stone for kitchen counters and we always will. Victor and team always show up when they say they will and do great work. We are super happy with our new quartz countertops.

Victor and his crew came up from Yuma to Phoenix on a Saturday to install my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They showed up on time and were very professional. We are very happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend them.

Victor’s crew measured and installed the quarts counter tops and backsplash with excellent results. The crew showed up on time explaining the process and worked together as professionals.
I found 1 little problem and it was corrected on time we agreed on.
With the on time attitude, clean and good on time work ethic I will definitely use this company when I do the 2 bathrooms.

I have worked with Tri-State Stone on several different homes I have upgraded and they have always been great to work with. I read some of their initial reviews from a few years ago and was hesitant to call them. I am so glad I did call! They have always returned my calls and emails within a few days. That tells me they are busy and in high demand because they are outstanding at what they do. Their granite selection and installation process have been perfect for what I've needed. I had one little issue with a back splash on the last house I did with them and they took care of it the same day I told them about it. Thank you Tri-State Stone for finding ways to improve your customer service while still being busy offering outstanding products service.

We needed to replace our countertops and we chose to do so with granite. Our next decision was to find the right stone and installer. We checked at the big box stores and they were helpful but ... Then we met with Victor at Tri State Stone. We looked at his inventory and didn’t find the stone that we were looking for. After describing what we wanted - a Yellow River granite stone with flowing veins, he agreed to get a few slabs from his distributor to show us. Wow, did he find the right piece for us. He knew we needed two slabs and he had wisely reserved the next cut so we were fortunate to get slabs that were cut back to back from the same stone. His services were professional, more convenient (saved us a trip to Phoenix), more comprehensive and less costly.
He came and carefully measured the island and the other spaces. He spoke to us about sinks and cooktops and the cutouts we would need. He gave us options for edging, many at no extra charge. He advised us on preferences for under mount sinks. On his advice, we chose to have the cut to be flush with the wall of the sink.
Next came installation. We scheduled it several weeks out to give his team time to cut and prepare the countertops. He communicated with us and showed up as scheduled. His team removed the old countertops (something the big box stores wouldn’t do), prepared the supports, and installed the countertops all in the same day.
All that remained when they left was to install the faucets and hook up the gas cooktop. His team did all they promised and more. From two of the larger scraps, Victor fashioned two table top pieces that we can use for serving. What a wonderful treat this was for us.
We are so very satisfied with all the decisions we made in this project and choosing Victor was by far the biggest and best decision we made. Each and every day, I am admiring the countertops. If I have another project involving stone, I am going to Tri State Stone.

When there are many stone contractors to choose from... I have found that referrals via personal experience is the best way to find the best stone contractor.

We were referred to Tristate Stone by a friend for our new quartz counters and also referred Tristate Stone to a friend who purchased beautiful granite counter tops and full back splashes.

From the initial inquiry phone call, to the prompt site visit by Victor (the owner), then a few hours on Day 1.... removing 4 counter tops, leveling our multi-level kitchen sink island to one surface, to making the paper template, then Day 2... a couple hours for the new install.. these guys were AWESOME!
Courteous, Helpful, Professional, Engaged, Accurate, did NOT cut corners.
Tri-State will be my first phone call when needing their services in the future.

We shopped at the local Lowes and Home Depot and got quotes on their quartz 6 inch square samples. We then remembered a local shop and visited Tri State. Victor had full size sheets to look at and select from in granite and quartz. He looked at the same drawing both big boxes had. We were quoted less $ and more counter coverage than either big box had. The shop Forman mad the template for our counter a week later and in another week they arrived to install. Faster than quoted at any other place and TriState worked around our schedule. The tops arrived with a team to install. They were very thorough and did excellent work. The workers were respectful of our house and very polite. When done they cleaned everything up after.
I would use them again anytime and recommend them to anyone. The results are great and fit and finish is excellent. The photo does not do the top justice and is only a small part of what they did.

We certainly would use this company again. Excellent crew. We are very impressed. Love our new granite. No negatives here Chet and Jeanne

These guys put the cabinets in my house. I have been trying to get them to make me a cabinet for my laundry room for well over a year. FINELLY........ this guy came out to measure for the cabinet, and of course he blamed the lack of responce on somebody else..........

They FINELLY gave us a price on the cabinet but still NO CABINET.........

I DON'T KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSSINESS



IT'S A GOOD THING FOR THEM KEARLY KEEPS GIVING THEM WORK........

Had my granite installed in September of 2007 they did a great job installing the granite, but there was a part of the granite that I didnt care for and beleve me I asked other people for there opinion before asking for it to be replaced so I know it wasent just me. Lets put it this way around January or Febuary I had to call the construction office to follow up when they were supposed to call me! Then when I finally did get a hold of someone, they sent someone out to make a drawling of the granite countertop to get proper measurments. Well its the end of April now 7 months after the fact and I have no new countertop and when I ask the construction office whats going on, They simple reply back with "HE hasent called you" In fact I was told by one of the young ladies in the construction office that she thinks they just forgot about me because they are really busy!. Well I am sorry that is not a good enough excuse!! Its poor customer service and simply poor work ethic, When a customer pays good money for something they expect it to be done right, and not have to wait 7 months to try to get a responce!! So I would think twice before using this company unless you are in cohoots with them.
