Thank you for your fast service in pulling my 5th wheel and truck out of the mud last week. I believe the mans name was Francisco. He was respectful, helpful and calm in what was a stressful situation for my wife and I. He arrived quickly and worked fast to get us out. Highly recommended.

WHY would you people send a huge flatbed truck out to do a jump start on one of my tenant's vehicles? The road in is 1 1/4 miles, narrow, and since your driver could NOT figure out how to turn around, he BACKED out all the way, doing enormous damage to the roadbed we spent all day YESTERDAY and $1000 worth of rock to get back in shape. Now mind you, we had a semi with a trailer on behind, carrying 36' trusses and he turned around. We are tempted to send you a bill.

3rd experience with them in the past 2 years as they were dispatched by my insurance as the roadside assistance provider for a transmission issue. Unfortunately after 2 positive experiences, the driver had no idea what he was doing, and our car came off the truck. Damage to the vehicle chassis, body, and engine as now it won't start. The company indicated that they wanted to "make it right" but wouldn't offer a rental car. The Owner tried to badger my wife into getting "their shop" to do all the repairs and indicated he didn't want to go through insurance, as the car isn't worth what we stated, but we ended up going through insurance anyways.

UPDATE: Vann, the "Owner", is currently trying to bully my wife into getting this review removed by "contacting his lawyer" if this review isn't removed by Monday. Will not recommend to other potential customers.
